Encapsulates atmospheric parameters for optical turbulence modeling.

Handles: - Layer altitudes and turbulence strengths - Wind profiles - Zenith angle effects - Derived parameters (airmass, r0, etc.)

Parameters:

Number of atmospheric layers (positive integer)

property zenithAngleInDeg: float

Observation zenith angle in degrees (0-90)

property airmass: float

Airmass (1/cos(zenith angle))

property altitude_km: ndarray

Layer altitudes in kilometers (nLayer-length array)

property altitude: ndarray

Scaled layer altitudes in meters (base altitude times airmass)

property L0: float

Outer scale in meters (positive value)

property r0_zenith: float

Fried parameter at zenith in meters (positive value)

Observed Fried parameter (scaled by zenith angle)

Relative turbulence strength per layer (sums to 1)
